Urgent Appeal Regarding Refusal to Pay Insurance Claim

Dear Malath ,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the ongoing issue with my father's insurance claim. Despite our efforts to resolve the matter through various channels, we have encountered significant roadblocks, leaving us in a state of distress and financial strain.

As you are aware, my father, holds an insurance policy with Malath Insurance Company, which was meant to provide him with the necessary coverage and support during times of medical need. Unfortunately, our experience thus far has been quite the opposite. Our recent claim, submitted for [specific medical treatment/procedure], has been unjustifiably denied by your company, citing reasons that fail to align with the terms and conditions outlined in the policy.

Moreover, our attempts to seek assistance and clarification from your representatives have proven to be fruitless. The lack of transparency and responsiveness on the part of your company has left us feeling unheard and disregarded. Despite our persistence, the issue remains unresolved, jeopardizing not only my father's well-being but also our faith in the insurance system as a whole.

In our pursuit of a resolution, we turned to the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI), an entity entrusted with safeguarding the rights of policyholders. Regrettably, our interactions with CCHI have not yielded the desired outcomes. The process has been protracted and discouraging, offering little reassurance or tangible assistance in addressing our concerns. This experience has further underscored the potential vulnerability of policyholders who encounter similar challenges.

It is crucial to recognize that the impact of these issues extends far beyond our individual case. This unfortunate situation could easily befall any policyholder relying on the insurance coverage they faithfully contribute to. The ramifications are not limited to financial strain but also encompass a profound loss of trust in the insurance industry, compromising the peace of mind that insurance policies are intended to provide.

I implore you to reconsider your decision regarding my father's insurance claim and undertake a thorough review of the circumstances surrounding it. I request a prompt and fair reassessment of the claim, taking into account the policy provisions, medical necessity, and any other relevant factors that were overlooked initially.

Furthermore, I urge Malath Insurance Company to critically evaluate its claims handling procedures and customer service practices. Enhancing transparency, responsiveness, and accountability within your organization will not only benefit policyholders like us but also contribute to restoring the faith and confidence of the public in the insurance industry as a whole.

Thank you for your 0 attention to this matter. I remain hopeful that our plea for justice and fairness will be acknowledged and acted upon promptly.

Infected Love

Infected Love

In a silent afternoon she longed for a siesta
Flashing her tresses she calls herself artista
With her magical eyes, she can hypnotize
Admiring her sleep, the sun didn't rise

She wakes up to find the world, still
No bird can move without her will
When she sings, it echoes
Like a unicorn in the meadows

To see her cry even lord would deny
Her obedient lips had learnt to lie
To see the stars, her lover she loved
To see her smile, before god he bowed

The lord once felt how heaven would feel
When more prettier enters the paradise with zeal

The Wondrous Venus (Sonnet-12

Mark my words, i do not lie
For the prettiest creation, i beautify
If angel was to reside by the heaven's eyes
I seem to have entered the paradise

I laud thee O mighty, in a serene state
For the heaven's pearl i serve till fate
I pray O' lord, her dreams you fulfill
May no harm hurt my jewel

Love yourself, you are the gorgeous one
For whose glimpse, i await till the sun
For whose smile, my tears just run
For whose cry, i am the reason

If i could revere thee in a word or three
This ain't my work, this ain't me!

The Late Evening(SONNET-7)

On a lonely winter, a beam of sun's strobe,
Enlights my way to the lover's lobe
Like a chicken in the sun, i await thee
Till the moon rises, i seek thy glee.

Like an indian tourist, i swapped stations for you
While up above in blue, birds flew and flew
I quenched my thirst, i sipped a cup of tea
Like an isolated lad, i slouch in the sands of sea

I miss u O' lover, i missed u'r presence
Why didn't you appear, i missed u'r guidance
I doubt you O' lass, you hid behind the bush
The late evening of a lone boy,(he needed a push).

Like a poetic mother, in a monotone i quote,
"Treasure me before i fall-off the boat."
